What is Atorian?

If you have not already figured it out Atorian is a game that is free to play. To play Atorian you have to first create a game account and then login to Atorian to start playing.

Atorian is a Browser Based game, this means that as long as you have a browser and internet access then you can play Atorian. If you are reading this right now then you are using a browser and can play Browser Based games. To play Atorian you do not need to download any software, the game exists on this website, just login to access the game.

The benefits of a browser based game means you can play Atorian anywhere in the world at any time as long as you have internet access. Atorian never stops running; while you sleep your Empire is making profit and could be attacked.

Aim of the game

Atorian uses Episodes to mark out new releases of the game, an episode is basically a round of play that can last anything between 3 to 4 months. When an episode ends the highest players in the rankings are added to the Hall Of Fame, which is present on forever. There are several rankings to compete in, to learn more about them visit the Ranking section of this manual.


Each new Episode brings further improvements and features to Atorian. While an Episode is in play the developers of Atorian are working hard on the next new episode to bring you better game play and more excitement. Progress on new up and coming Episodes are often announced on the Community News.
